Meet Dave Eassa: BYA's Newest Team Member

A new chapter starts now. 🎨✨ Meet Dave Eassa, the newest member of our leadership team at Baltimore Youth Arts, and the first face in a week of introductions to the people behind our work.

For the past decade, BYA’s founder Gianna Rodriguez has built BYA into an ecosystem for Baltimore's young artists. As we grow, we're embracing and evolving into a shared leadership model, and Dave is joining Gianna to help carry that vision forward. An artist and cultural worker who, over the last decade, has held senior roles at the Baltimore Museum of Art, the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library, and who has worked within the Maryland Prison system, Dave returns to Baltimore at this exciting juncture, as BYA actively expands our mission to deepen our community reach through the arts. BYA’s next chapter will see the organization create a community anchor in central Baltimore that serves multi-generational audiences.
