What is C.O.R.E.?

BYA's new career readiness training program C.O.R.E (Careers, Opportunities, Resources, Education), is dedicated to supporting the career ambitions of young adults looking to pursue their dream jobs.

Participants in C.O.R.E. receive paid career readiness training facilitated by BYA staff. Upon completion of their training, C.O.R.E. graduates have access to advanced training at programs offering licenses in trades ranging from welding to industrial sewing to hospitality and many more. Participants also have access to art classes, free GED classes, legal advice, mental health support, and transportation assistance as needed.

BYA alumni are especially encouraged to apply.
