Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center

The Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center (BCJJC) is a multi-purpose juvenile justice facility that houses juvenile males.  Baltimore Youth Arts provides three classes per week in the visual arts to youth residents, one to youth facing juvenile charges and two classes for youth facing adult charges.

Thomas JS Waxter Children's Center

The Thomas JS Waxter Children's Center is a secure detention facility, located in Laurel, MD, that houses female youth.  Baltimore Youth Arts currently offers one weekly class to youth residing in the facility.

LILLIAN JONES RECREATION CENTER

In partnership with the American Friends Service Committee's Friend of a Friend Program, BYA offers one weekly class to youth at the Lillian Jones Recreation Center located in Sandtown-Winchester, Baltimore.
